Arunachal Plywood
Industries Limited (APIL), is one of the oldest
plywood manufacturing unit in the country and pioneer of
modern plywood. The company was engaged in manufacturing
plywood and Block Board made out of wood and Swan Timber
ever since the commencement of its Business.
In the year 2004-05 company discontinued production of
Plywood and Block Board and started to manufacture Bamboo
Board and Prefabricated Houses, Pallets/Crates and Bamboo
Mat board.
The company maintains
quality of its product meticulously following strict control
procedures. It has been awarded ISO-9002 .The product have
acceptability in the premier markets of India and abroad.
The Bamboo Boards used for the Prefab Structures are made as per
international standards and passes the IS 13958/IS 4990
test. The structures are designed as per BIS 883 and BIS 875
to withstand all types of natural forces of wind, rain, earthquake
etc.

The Factory of APIL is located in Arunachal
Pradesh which is one of the prime Bamboo production
areas in India. The Factory covers an area of around 32
Hectares at Namsai, District Lohit,
Arunachal Pradesh, Pin- 792103. This factory is
one of the largest undertakings in Arunachal Pradesh and
is privileged to have the most modern plant and machinery.
